At The Silver Lining, we believe in simplicity, transparency, and trust. Every product you order is crafted with care and packed with the utmost attention. While we strive to deliver perfection, in rare cases, returns may be required. Please review our policy below for a smooth shopping experience.
Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:
- A wrong product was dispatched (different from order confirmation).
- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- The product was received in a damaged condition.
- Note: Please do not accept any package that is tampered with or visibly damaged upon delivery.
As a policy, products delivered in perfect condition are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Please raise a Return Request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

- Share a clear picture/video of the product highlighting the issue, along with your order details. (This can also be sent via WhatsApp/email for faster resolution.)
- Our Quality Assurance team will review the request within 2โ3 working days and confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2โ3 working days. The product must be returned in its original packaging with:
- Invoice
- Tags & barcodes
- Accessories/warranty cards/manuals (if applicable)
- Original shipping label
- Upon receipt at our warehouse, the refund or store credit will be processed within 7โ10 working days.
Important Points to Remember
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition.
- Customized or engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Returns will be processed either as:
- Store Credit (fastest option, valid with no expiry), or
- Refund to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
- The Silver Lining reserves the right to conduct quality checks before approving refunds.
Refund Policy
- Store Credits: Issued within 24โ48 hours after product receipt.
- Online Payment Refunds: Processed within 7 working days via the same mode of payment.
- NEFT refunds (if applicable): May take up to 5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery refunds: Issued as Store Credit or via account payee cheque in the customerโs billing name (delivered within 15 days).
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- If the order is already in transit, a 10% cancellation fee will apply (due to fragile shipping costs).

Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically dispatched within the timelines mentioned on product pages.
- Delivery delays may occur due to courier partners, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.

- In case of disputes, the decision of Tibrewala Creations shall be final.
